   Commissioning plan required for FSD and TBLM changes 

       BH and MA to come up with commissioning plan for FSD 

       KL will build large truth table to test FSD on bench 

       RN will look for released doc which includes list of all I/O on FSD (can serve as starting point for comm. plan)
