  • Doing Post-Mortem tests after final changes have been implemented by Ricky
  • This is after address change of modules was performed
  • Starting 9:07 am
  • Using CH2 on Module 1 first (ELBT:PMT1B)
  • Enabling stop mode
  • Tripped detector via LED at 250pC
  • Then Hit diagnostics button and then saw power supply failed
  • All HVs for all three modules tripped
  • Cannot reset HV for any of the detectors
  • Walked Eric through power cycling MPS crate after the meeting
  • Was able to restore voltages for all PMTs and modules and enable all detectors
