- Doing Post-Mortem tests after final changes have been implemented by Ricky
- This is after address change of modules was performed
- Starting 9:07 am
- Using CH2 on Module 1 first (ELBT:PMT1B)
- Enabling stop mode
- Tripped detector via LED at 250pC
- Then Hit diagnostics button and then saw power supply failed
- All HVs for all three modules tripped
- Cannot reset HV for any of the detectors
- Walked Eric through power cycling MPS crate after the meeting
- Was able to restore voltages for all PMTs and modules and enable all detectors
